 Skepticism guide me
 Pride sustain me

 God the fallacious proposition,            leave me alone
 God, destroyer of free thought,           leave me alone
 God, dream of the ignorant,                 leave me alone
 God, kinsmen of the invisible
       purple dragon,                              leave me alone
 God, disproportionately successful
      confidence trick,                             leave me alone
 God, killed by Neitzche,                      leave me alone
 God, defeated by Darwin,                   leave me alone

 God most irritating,                              leave me alone
 God most unlikely,                               leave me alone
 God most illogical ,                               leave me alone
 God most unprovable,                          leave me alone
 God most restrictive,                            leave me alone

 From sexual morality,                           preserve me, o atheism
 From self-control and self-restraint,      preserve me, o atheism
 From love of my neighbour,                  preserve me, o atheism
 From freedom from sin,                        preserve me, o atheism
 From embarrassing experiences of
     the transcendent                               preserve me, o atheism
 From phenomena without naturalistic
     explanations,                                    preserve me, o atheism
 From all which I, in my infinite
     wisdom, cannot comprehend,           preserve me, o atheism

 Pride and Doubt, you deify the sins of the world,
 Spare me from faith
 Spare me from hope
